Wife of Croatian Ambassador Hosts Luncheon at Croatian Embassy in Honor of Women’s Junior Leagues of Annapolis and Washington

Washington, D.C., December 1, 2004 – The wife of of the Croatian Ambassador, Mrs. Dunja Jurica, hosted a luncheon at the Croatian Embassy in honor of the Junior Leagues of Annapolis and Washington. The luncheon provided members of the Junior Leagues an opportunity to enjoy presentations about Croatian culture, music, society and tourism, including a film about the splendors of Croatia’s azure coastline and magic of over a thousand islands. The Women’s Junior Leagues of Annapolis and Washington promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women and improve the community through effective action and leadership.
